pak23 Terms and Conditions

By registering an account on pak23, accessing the platform via web browser or mobile app, placing any bet, making any deposit or using any feature of the pak23 service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms apply to all sections of the pak23 platform including Sports Betting, Casino, Slots, Live Casino, Bingo and any promotional or bonus features. They apply equally whether you are accessing pak23 on a desktop browser, a mobile browser or through the pak23 Android or iOS app.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of pak23 after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Use of pak23 is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. pak23 takes underage access seriously and may request proof of age at any time.

If pak23 has reasonable grounds to believe an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all pending transactions frozen pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during this period will be held until the matter is resolved.

• You must be 18 or older to register, deposit, bet or play on pak23.
• You must be the legitimate account holder and not acting on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be accessing pak23 from a jurisdiction where use of the platform is restricted or prohibited for you personally.
• You must not be a self-excluded player attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion period.

pak23 does not knowingly permit access to minors. If you are aware of a minor using the platform, please notify pak23 support immediately through the contact details provided on the platform.

Each individual may hold only one account on pak23. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your real name, a valid email address and any other details requested during the registration process. You must not use false or fictitious information.

pak23 may require identity verification at any stage — particularly before processing withdrawals or at account milestones. This may involve submitting a copy of a government-issued identity document. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in your account being restricted until verification is complete.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be suspended.
• All registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account from the moment of registration.
• pak23 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak23 username and password. pak23 will not ask you to share your password under any circumstances. Do not share your login credentials with anyone else.

You should use a strong, unique password for your pak23 account and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings for additional security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pak23 support immediately and change your password.

pak23 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access occurred because you shared your credentials, used an insecure password or accessed the platform on a shared or insecure device.

• Never share your password with anyone — including people claiming to be pak23 staff.
• Log out fully when using shared or public devices.
• Enable 2FA for additional protection.
• Report suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.

All transactions on pak23 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. The availability of specific methods and applicable limits may change over time.

Deposits are subject to a minimum amount as displayed at the time of transaction. Most deposits via JazzCash or Easypaisa process instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 working days to clear. pak23 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. All pending bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Identity verification must be complete before the first withdrawal is approved.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method — typically 0–24 hours for e-wallets, 1–3 days for bank transfers.
• pak23 may request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal above a certain threshold.
• Funds deposited under a bonus offer are subject to the wagering requirements attached to that bonus.
• pak23 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal pending verification or investigation.

Bets placed on pak23 are settled based on the official result of each event as confirmed by the relevant governing body — Cricket Pakistan / PCB, FIFA, the relevant league organisation or Esports tournament organiser, as applicable.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Before confirming a bet, review all selections and the stake amount carefully. The bet slip shows your selections, odds and potential return — confirm only when you are satisfied these are correct.

Cricket and PSL settlement rules: T20 matches require a minimum of 5 overs per innings to constitute a valid match result. If a match is abandoned before the minimum overs threshold is reached, bets are voided and stakes returned. If a DLS result is declared, match result bets are settled on the DLS outcome. Over-by-over and player performance markets that have already been resolved before abandonment will stand.

Football settlement: Match result bets are settled on 90-minute result (plus added time). Extra time and penalty shootout outcomes do not count for standard 1X2 match result bets unless the market specifically states otherwise.

• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time market position — delays in connections may affect the price received.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win. One lost selection voids the entire accumulator.
• Obvious pricing errors (where an odds display is clearly erroneous) may be voided by pak23 with stakes returned.
• pak23's settlement decision is final for all sporting events once the official result is confirmed.

pak23 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses and seasonal promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds — which are published alongside the offer.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times (typically 20x–40x, as stated in the offer terms) before they can be converted to withdrawable real money. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement must be staked PKR 25,000 before it becomes withdrawable.

Free spins: Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to the wagering requirement stated in the offer. Free spins are usually locked to a specified Slot game and expire within the stated time period if not used.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player / household / IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined unless specifically permitted in the offer terms.
• pak23 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Abuse of promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account suspended.
• Bonus funds are used before real money funds when placing bets.

Casino games, Slots and Bingo on pak23 are provided by third-party game suppliers. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) independently tested and certified by the game provider. The outcome of every spin, deal or draw is entirely random and is not influenced by pak23 or any external factor.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each Slot game as provided by the game developer. These represent the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. Short-term results will vary significantly from the published RTP figure.

pak23 is not liable for technical malfunctions, interruptions or errors within third-party game software. If a technical fault affects the outcome of a game in a way that cannot be determined, the game round will be voided and the stake returned. Winnings from a clearly malfunctioning game are not valid and will not be paid.

• All Casino and Slot games use independently certified RNGs.
• Game results cannot be influenced by pak23 or the player.
• Published RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages — individual session results will vary.
• Bingo rooms operate on scheduled draw times as shown within the Bingo section.
• Technical malfunction of a game voids all affected rounds — stakes are returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak23 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and possible legal action where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Creating more than one account for any reason, including to claim multiple bonuses or avoid an account restriction.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions through coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage, or using multiple accounts.
• Match fixing or collusion: Placing bets on events in which you have inside information or are involved in influencing the outcome.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback after funds have been used on the platform. Any account doing so will be suspended pending investigation.
• Software exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in a way not authorised by pak23.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to transfer, conceal or process funds of illegal origin.

pak23 is an entertainment platform intended for adults. Gambling should be enjoyable and kept in proportion with your overall entertainment budget. It should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

pak23 provides the following responsible gaming tools for all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for at least 24 hours.

All content on the pak23 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, odds data and game content — is the intellectual property of pak23 or its licensors and is protected accordingly.

You may access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any part of the pak23 platform or its content without written permission.

pak23 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties about uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or the accuracy of third-party data (including odds and live scores). Short periods of maintenance or unplanned downtime may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted, pak23 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform — including losses arising from technical faults, data breaches not caused by pak23's negligence, or reliance on information displayed on the platform.

pak23's total liability to any individual player for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak23 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, pak23 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the pak23 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to remain informed of any updates. pak23 cannot be held responsible for your failure to review updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English for Pakistan (en-PK). In the event of any inconsistency between different language versions of these Terms, the English version prevails.

If you have a dispute about a bet settlement, account decision or payment, you should contact pak23 support in the first instance. pak23 will investigate and respond to complaints within a reasonable time frame. All decisions by pak23 regarding bet settlement are final once the official result has been confirmed by the governing body.

pak23 does not claim to hold any government licence, regulatory approval or official endorsement from any Pakistan government body or regulatory authority. pak23 operates as an online entertainment platform. These Terms are the contractual basis for your relationship with pak23 and nothing in them should be construed as a claim of legal authorisation beyond what is explicitly stated.

• Submit disputes to pak23 support in writing with your account details and the nature of the dispute.
• Bet settlement decisions are final once the official result is confirmed.
• Account closure decisions made under Section 9 (Prohibited Conduct) may be appealed by contacting support with evidence.
